Понравился остров, хорошие домики на воде с бассейном, единственное около домиков очень мелко. Хорошие бассейны. Неплохие и на пляже, жили и там и там. Понравилось спа, массажисты на уровне, отличный массаж, улыбчивый персонал, понравилась детская комната, хорошие нянечки. Иногда была интересная программа, песни, фильмы.
Минусы. Первое и самое важное это проблема с едой. В буфете однообразная, не вкусная еда, очень иного индийской кухни, в ресторанах ситуация получше, но тоже не вау. Сыры выкладывают редко.Ребенку есть было нечего. Из морепродуктов только тунец, маленькие креветки и мидии ну и резиновый осьминог. Фруктов мало. Многие напитки разбавлены водой, соки, пиво. Разливают также местную воду из стеклянных бутылок, с ней что то не так, как пили сразу же была тяжесть,чувство отравления. Стали просить бонакву. Природа красивая, но много волнорезов, насыпаны камни везде, портит вид. В виллах на земле муравьи внутри. Пытались при выезде обсчитать, приписывали много позиций, которых не было, это счета за ресторан, счета за буфет , хотя был включен завтрак ужин, счет за минибар который не пополняли, но деньги за недостающие позиции хотели снять, приписали лишних 1500$ ! , после разъяснений позиции удалили. Сам отель неплохой, но менеджмент не на уровне, еда и обслуживание хромает..

Хороший отель с чистым песком, небольшим своим рифом, красивым видом и доброжелательным персоналом (хотя не ко всем это относится). По прилету отводят в собственную lounge зону для ожидания вылета гидросамолета. По приезду на остров вам назначается человек, который должен все рассказать и помогать в бронировании столиков и развлечений. Домики очень уютные, чистота идеальная! Хотелось бы отдельно поблагодарить за ежедневную двухразовую уборку Mizanur!!! Очень доброжелательный молодой человек, каждый день радовал нас разными сюрпризами, такими как животными из полотенец, добрыми словами из пальмовых листьев на кровати. Мимо домиков всегда плавают маленькие акулы, скаты и просто красивые рыбки - за ними всегда приятно и интересно наблюдать плавая по утрам у виллы или проходя мимо идя на завтрак или ужин. Еда в ресторанах что на завтрак, что на ужин всегда радовала. Стоит обязательно попробовать хотя бы раз лобстера в Grouper Grill, по четвергам там проходит ужин с живой музыкой и шведским столом. Есть возможность сплавать к дельфинам, но не факт, что получится их увидеть (у нас получилось только со второго раза) и отдельно можно сплавать к черепахам. Отель новый и поэтому растений не так много, как на других курортах, но в тоже время это плюс, так как нет комаров.
Очень странная политика отеля в отношении цены - на сайте цены выше, чем на Букинг, хотя обычно наоборот отели стараются дать скидку за бронь номера у них на сайте. Но самое неприятное это пофигистическое отношение к обращениям и пожеланиям. В связи с тем, что информация на Букинг отличалась от информации на сайте, мы попытались связаться с отелем всеми возможными способами. Телефонные трубки они не брали, на письма не отвечали, пытались связаться через поддержку Букинга и там нам сказали, что они не отвечают. Мы уже подумали, что нас уже никто не встретит, но они не ответив на наши вопросы в чате просто прислали информацию по встрече в аэропорту и сняли сумму большую, чем должны. На острове есть русскоговорящий менеджер Денис у которого мы пытались выяснить почему так, но внятного ответа так и не получили. Плюс была еще одна не очень приятная ситуация с данным человеком, который немного двулично ведет себя с постояльцами - одним дает очень большую скидку, а другим отказывает и говорит, что ничего не давал и все они придумали, хотя это не так. На завтраках почему-то выделен целый стол с едой для индусов и всегда играет индийская музыка, что не очень толерантно по отношению к гостям из других стран. Руководству отеля стоит задуматься над обратной связью к клиентам, так как особого желания вернуться из-за этого нет.
